We also subscribe to the Insurance Brokers Code of Practice, which is an initiative of the National Insurance Brokers Association of Australia (NIBA). The Code sets out service standards and other requirements that we agree with NIBA to meet. The aim of the Code is to promote informed and effective relationships between us and you, insurers and others involved in the insurance industry.
